DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED
- £10 DEPOSIT IS APPOINTMENT HOLDING FEES & ARE TAKEN UPON BOOKING.
- 24 HOURS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN BEFORE RESCHEDULING TO USE THE SAME DEPOSIT.

CANCELLATIONS
- CANCELLATIONS ON THE DAY, FAILURE TO NOTIFY THE CLINIC YOU CANNOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT , DEPOSIT IS LOST.

- 15 MINS + OF LATENESS WILL RESULT IN YOU HAVING TO REARRANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT, AS WE WILL SIMPLY NOT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR TREATMENT ( unless approved by clinician if no booking directly after your time slot)
